GA4GH Inc., the Canadian non-profit corporation associated with the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health, has announced the appointment of five new members to sit on the Board of Directors.
The GA4GH 10th Plenary gathered 250 attendees and consisted of 36 speakers and 23 panels and workshops, focusing on the challenges posed by the generation, management, and analysis of large amounts of genomic and clinical data.
"Sequencing technology keeps getting better, faster, more productive — but that’s not the only thing that shapes the big picture of where we’re headed as a field. If you want to understand where genomics is going, you should pay attention to the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health, or GA4GH."
The quarterly GA4GH 101 webinar series helps members of the genomics community learn more about GA4GH and get involved in its work. Attendees will receive an overview of GA4GH, including the organisation’s history, working structure, and key areas of strategic focus. Plenty of time will be saved at the end for a Q&A session with the GA4GH Secretariat team.
